These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 97j77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features and content available at 97j77.app and its associated subdomains.

By accessing the 97j77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 97j77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.

Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players who register and make their first deposit. To qualify, the minimum first deposit is ৳500. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 97j77 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be substituted for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, including the use of coordinated low-risk betting strategies designed to systematically clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the platform.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your payment provider in respect of deposits made to your 97j77 account.

Termination by 97j77: 97j77 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion in the event that:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any other applicable 97j77 policy.
• 97j77 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• 97j77 determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., age, jurisdiction or self-exclusion status).

Upon termination, any legitimate balance in your account (i.e., real-money funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Termination by You: You may close your 97j77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law and the Terms themselves, as agreed between you and 97j77 at the time of registration.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
